Signature Pool Management is SUPER EMPLOYER!

Tento zamestnávateľ ti prepláca nasledovné poplatky podľa tvojho dátumu začiatku práce = start date!

Podmienkou preplatenia nižšie uvedených poplatkov je ostať pracovať do end date 7.9.2026 (vrátane).

Ak prídeš do 22.5.2026 = tvoj Start Date, čiže už v tento deň začneš pracovať, zamestnávateľ ti preplatí CELÝ PROGRAMOVÝ POPLATOK v hodnote 1349 USD + Sevis fee 35 USD (v rámci procesu vybavovania víz, čiže tieto poplatky vôbec neplatíš, my ti nevystavujeme žiadnu USD faktúru). Zároveň ti preplatia aj Lifeguard kurz v hodnote 300 USD (preplatia ti ho v USA do 30.6.2026).

Ak prídeš do 29.5.2026 = tvoj Start Date, čiže už v tento deň začneš pracovať, tak zamestnávateľ ti preplatí 900 USD z tvojho programového poplatku + Sevis fee 35 USD a ty platíš LEN 449 USD.

Ak prídeš do 5.6.2026 (tvoj Start Date čiže už v tento deň začneš pracovať) tak ti zamestnávateľ prispeje sumou 750 USD z tvojho programového poplatku + Sevis fee 35 USD a ty platíš LEN 599 USD.

Ak prídeš po 5.6 – cca do 25.6 zamestnávateľ ťa príjme, ale už nič nepreplatí, hradíš si všetky poplatky sám.

Wage and housing

WAGE:

Pay rates for the cities of Urbanna, Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Fredericksburg, Hampton, Newport News, Richmond, Charlottesville, and Williamsburg are as follows:

Regular Rates $15.5
Overtime rates $23.25
Returnee $16 and $24 overtime

WE GUARANTEE 50-55 HOURS PER WEEK (40h + 10-15h overtimes) for all areas (conditions apply). Depends on your performance.

BONUSES:

EARLY START DATE BONUS – see the exact scheme in JOB DESCRIPTION section

Summer performance bonus $150 (completing season without written warning)

Employee of the month bonus $100 gift card (selected by area supervisor)

HOUSING:

Housing is provided by employer.
Housing Cost: $190/week
Housing Deposit: $200 (refundable), $75 (non-refundable administrative fee for accommodation arrangement)

(2-3 bedroom apartments, 2 people per room, washer and dryer included, fully stocked kitchen)

Lifeguard Program fees deducted on bi-weekly basis.

Uniform cost is $80.

How to get there? ✈

Signature Pool Management will pick up students only from Washington Dulles International Airport as long as it’s before May 22nd.

Arrivals by 8:00 PM on May 21, 2026 (inclusive) are eligible for pick-up at IAD (Washington Dulles International Airport). For those who wish to use this airport as their port of entry, we strongly recommend flight OS93 from Vienna, Austria to Washington, D.C., which operates on an almost daily basis.

Note: We strongly recommend against New York airports as a port of entry to the United States due to potential delays, increased cost, and travel exhaustion.

Locations of pools: Urbanna, Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Fredericksburg, Hampton, Newport News, Richmond, Charlottesville, Williamsburg

Working locations will be assigned according to company’s business needs and depend on many factors such as: previous experience, date of arrival, customer expectations, etc.

Virginia Beach, near to the Atlantic Ocean, is a popular area where a lot of Work and Travel students spend their summer. Virginia Beach is home to a flourishing local culinary scene, rich history, a variety of arts and entertainment. Hundreds of hotels, restaurants and souvenir shops are just step from the beach and boardwalk.
